Alliance Home Health Care furnishes in-home personal and medical care for the older adult who needs assistance with daily living activities. Alliance provides the support services needed to help our clients maintain their way of life. Alliance’s friendly staff can provide care as long as it is needed, from short visits to 24 hours a day. Alliance is a licensed, and Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver and CHOICE certified Home Health Care Agency. We view the interaction with clients, client's family and other health professionals as a key part of our services. Alliance delivers our home health care services in the most professional, sensitive, caring and safe manner. We customize a care plan to meet the needs and coordinate all of the care including informing the participants of other resources available to you. INTAKE PROCESS Alliance provides a basic prescreening over the phone to insure that all of needs can taken care of. Alliance then offers a thorough in-home assessment at the time of starting services at no charge. At this assessment, Alliance evaluates the needs of the individual, taking into consideration the families and caregivers wishes and concerns in order to make the best recommendation for the individual. Some recommendations may include suggestions for safety in the home or guidance to other appropriate health care arrangements. On-going care management helps the individual to remain independent as long as possible. RANGE OF SERVICES Alliance takes pride in being able to provide all the health care services anyone would need. Alliance provides a full spectrum of care services including home health aide, companion/ homemaker, skilled nursing, medical social worker, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Alliance can provide medical care such as wound care, blood draws, medication setup, physical and occupational therapies and much more. Our services also can include preparing meals, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, making beds/changing sheets, bathing and dressing, to round the clock supervision. Alliance can help with respite care, keeping our clients safe in order to relieve the main caregiver. Alliance Home Health Care takes pride in being able to provide care from short visits to 24 hours a day. Alliance’s friendly staff can provide the care you need to live comfortable in your home. PAYMENT OPTIONS There are several payment options available. Alliance is certified for Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, and the CHOICE programs. Private payments and insurance are also accepted. Alliance also has a complete billing system to ease the difficult filing processes. OUTSTANDING STAFF All of our client's care and staffing is supervised by a Registered Nurse. This insures that the care plan is altered as the health of a client changes. The Staffing Department is available 24 hours a day to assist in making sure that every client is fully cared for.
Alliance has a strict screening process. All of our employees have had references checked, a criminal background check and are insured. Alliance has an extensive training program, so we find caring people and teach them the necessary skills. The state requires a 70% to pass the Home Health Aide certification test but Alliance demands an 80% to insure that our clients receive the best of the best. All of our nursing supervisors are overseen by our medical director, Robert Pickett, MD.
