NEW ADULT DAY CARE CENTER TO OPEN ON WESTSIDE
Alliance Adult Day Services will be opening its
second Adult Day Center on July 21st at 7545 Rockville Road. To fill the need
for the older adults on the Westside Alliance is opening a medical model Adult
Day Center using the programming framework of our successful north side
location. Alliance Adult Day Services has been providing adult day services
since October of 1996.
According to Wake Forest
University School of Medicine’s National Study on Adult Day Services
“Partners in Caregiving”, Marion County and Hendricks County are among the
nation’s top counties that are under served with adult day services and
contribute to the need for 5,415 new adult day centers nationwide.
Since Alliance is a medical model day center, it can help fill this need
as well as serve a much larger population.
Our center can accommodate all stages of Alzheimer’s, dementia,
Parkinson’s disease, individuals recovering from a stroke, just to name a few.
Alliance will be open Monday
through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with meals and snacks provided. We
welcome all to come and tour our center. Alliance will be having an open house
July 21st from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Alliance Home Health Care and
Adult Day Services has been in operation for over 17 years. Our Adult Day Services is one of the only stand-alone medical
models in the state. We currently
have three locations around the state. We
work with CHOICE, Medicaid Waiver, Private Pay and insurance.
Our goal is to help you and your family maintains independence with this
alternate health care option.
