Senior Hop-Skip Tour

 Alliance Home Health Care & Adult Day Services, Crestwood Village North,-Senior Apartments, ManorCare at Summer Trace-Independent, Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Center and Primelife Enrichment, Inc.-A Senior Activity and Fitness Center are all teaming up for the First Annual Senior Hop Skip Tour on Saturday, April 2, 2005. The “Senior Hop Skip Tour” is an opportunity to educate the local community to the various opportunities and services available to seniors. Participants will take a mini tour of Primelife Enrichment, Alliance, Crestwood Village North and Summer Trace in Carmel. There will be a meal course and prizes at each location. The Senior Hop-Skip Tour starts at 11:00 am and will commence at 2:00 pm. The event and transportation to each location is free of charge and open to the public.

Participants will meet at 11:00 am at the ManorCare at Summer Trace parking lot in Carmel. Summer Trace is located at 12999 N, Pennsylvania Street, just north of 126^th Street, behind the Carmel Meijer and across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn. In the parking lot participants will boards a chartered shuttle to the four destinations:

11:00 am                     Bus departs from Summer Trace parking lot to Primelife Enrichment

11:15am-11:45 pm       Tour and appetizers at Prime Enrichment, Senior Activity & Fittness Center

 11:45 pm                    Board and depart bus from Primelife Enrichment to Alliance Home Health Care/Adult Day Care Center

12:00-12:30 pm           Tour and soup served at Alliance

12:30 pm                    Board and depart Alliance to Crestwood Village

                                  North Senior Apartments

12:45 -1:15 pm           Tour and sandwiches served at Crestwood Village North

 1:15pm                       Board and depart from Crestwood Village North to 

                                   ManorCare at Summer Trace Senior Living Community

1:30 to 2:00                Tour and dessert at ManorCare at Summer Trace
